The answers to your questions
When will my order be ready?
Orders will only be made once payment is received.
Prints and framed products can take up to 14 days to produce and depending on your location it could take 3-10 working days via postage. The Christmas and New Years period may take longer due to suppliers and postage services taking time off.
If you request a custom order it may take longer than 14 days to produce, especially if we need to send you proofs before you make your final decision. I will aim to keep you updated throughout the process.
Harness Racing product orders can be picked up in person at another race day meeting I am attending. Please contact me to enquire.
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
Why does my gallery have less photos than other galleries?
While we try to capture as many photos as possible, you must understand that many factors can be at play, such as:
- It is unknown who the winner is until they pass the post.
- Your horse may have run a spectacular race to win from the inside of the field and we shoot from the outside fence of the track.
- Weather and lighting conditions can sometimes factor into usable shots.
- We've all seen the awkward leg shots of a horse, sometimes the camera may not pick up the most desirable photos. Remember these horses legs move very fast.
What payment methods are there?
Digital downloads can only be purchased through the website.
For Harness Racing photo products, you can purchase through the contact form on the website and be sent an invoice, via email contact or in person on race day using methods such as cash, Pay ID, or bank transfer.

Digital Downloads
There are two types of digital downloads.
- High Resolution where this is suitable for printing purposes up to the size of
- Low Resolution where you can use this for posting to social media accounts, but is not suitable for printing.
Once you purchase a digital download, you have the rights to use this image for personal use only. No digital downloads should be used for commercial gain or on selling to make money/profit. Alternative pricing can be arranged for such purposes.
